Hi, I’m Sally, a Registered Nurse, Certified Personal Trainer, and the founder of SallyKFitness.
My fitness journey began with a goal to lose weight, but it evolved into something much greater, a passion for becoming the strongest version of myself.
Like many people, I’ve experienced different seasons in my fitness journey. I’ve chased weight loss, celebrated milestones, faced setbacks, and learned that true transformation isn’t about finding the quickest fix, it’s about building sustainable habits that last. That journey inspired me to help others discover what they’re capable of.
As a Registered Nurse, I bring an evidence-based approach to coaching. My goal is to cut through the misinformation and help you train smarter, fuel your body with confidence, and create habits that fit your lifestyle—not someone else’s.
